Storage of client data – Client data may be stored securely using cloud-based services, including Microsoft OneDrive. While robust encryption and access controls are in place, Microsoft is a US-based provider and subject to US legal jurisdiction. As such, there is a theoretical risk of access by foreign authorities. We continue to monitor developments in data protection law and may migrate to UK/EU-based platforms to enhance data sovereignty.

Your right to withdraw consent – When we use consent as our lawful basis you have the right to withdraw your consent.

You don’t usually need to pay a fee to exercise your rights. If you make a request, we have one calendar month to respond to you.
